- Write an Article Supporting a Bond Issue
Prepare a feature article for a local newspaper in support of an upcoming (fictitious) bond issue vote, arguing for an increase in the local tax levy. Show that education is an investment in (not a drain on) the local economy. I am looking for you to act like you are a superintendent or principal that is justifiying the need for this upcoming bond issue. Remember, you are writing this “letter to the editior” to your local community paper. The article should be one page (double-space).
