This study finds important patterns in mental exhaustion experiences across genders, age groups and leadership ranks within the company. Women, especially those who have been working for 2-5 years, experience different levels of burnout. On the other hand, men with a job length of 2-5 years often report stress leading to burnout. The OptOut group shows different burnout experiences. This highlights the need for specific actions to help people feel less burned out.
