Select one international sport governing body. It may be an IF, an NGB or professional sport governing body (league) that is not in North America. Analyze how this governing body engages in governance. Determine whether their recent actions (up to five years ago but can be more recent) would be characterized as good governance, bad governance, or neither. You will need to consult peer-reviewed journal articles about governance.
