Children at Risk
Today children are at risk of development many more health related issues than their parents were simply because there has been a rise in childhood obesity. Research points to many changes that contribute to the rise in obesity not only in children but also in adults. For example, the availability of fast food (high fat, sodium and caloric foods), fancy and interesting snack foods (fancy shapes and flavored chips, candy rolls, chewing gum rolls, etc.) and a higher level of sedentary lifestyles.

What can we do to help?  Please share your experiences and/or observations related to children at risk of obesity.
