This article should help you get more of an understanding about the children’s prequel/sequel you will write about the children’s story you chose on the Google doc. You may work with your children’s book group, a subset of that group, or by yourself.

Complete a Journal Article Review sheet for the article read and your chosen children’s book. The review sheet should be typed and the summary and opinion sections should be singled-spaced. The summary should include the article’s purpose, main facts mentioned, and conclusion. Each section that you write about should be at least a few paragraphs of well-written sentences. 

Article Review Grading criteria (max of 15 points)                                                                                                   

Concise, clear, factual summary, (style, grammar, etc.) 0-5 pointsRemarks about article (like? dislike? modifications? justification of opinions) 0-5 points

Summary about your fairytale/fable (style, grammar, etc.) 0-5 points

YOU WILL TURN THE JOURNAL ARTICLE REVIEW SHEET.   LATE PAPERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!
