  4.  –Company to work for (if independent, that is fine as well, but explain) 
  5. –Benefits to being in the field
  6.  –Negatives to being in the field 
  7. –Structure and type of work environment
  8. –Locations where employment is more likely (in your field, it likely doesn’t matter, but some fields are more regional)
