1. If you are using a Fitbit follow these instructions. Go to http://www.fitbit.com/tools/personal/steps (Links to an external site.) – The website will ask you to enter the dates (Document from September 3 to September 23) for which you want the fit bit to view your progress. Enter the dates of the Exercise Log your instructor is requiring (Document from September 3 to September 23). Please input email to recipient (yourself). Once you e-mail that document to yourself, make sure it is a readable format preferably .pdf or .doc. If you are not using a FitBit device, please upload your step counts as an excel spreadsheet.
2. Upload that information to your instructor through this assignment tab by browsing your computer, finding your document, and uploading the step log onto Canvas for grading purposes. (2 pts)
3. Also turn in the completed exercise log (excel spreadsheet) showing you have exercised 3 days per week. (25 pts) You should not include your daily step counts in the exercise log. You can use your cardio exercise to help accumulate steps but you may not use your 10,000 steps as your cardio exercise.
THERE SHOULD BE 2 FILES UPLOADED IN CANVAS (FITBIT STEPS AND THE EXERCISE LOG).
