HR Research Paper: 

OverviewStudents will write a research paper exploring the topic of HR Law. The goal of the paper is to exercise critical thinking skills and produce a clearly written analysis. Final recommendations should include both analysis and evidence-based support. 

 Purpose of the Research PaperThis assignment allows students to accomplish the following:

  • identify the various aspects of HRM which must be evaluated when developing or updating company policy.
  • identify and evaluate the various stakeholders impacted by HRM proposals.
  • learn to mix academic and reputable popular press materials to support an argument
  • synthesize material from multiple sources into a concise summary for business professionals.

Paper Guidelines: 

  • Papers should cover Reference page.
  • Students must apply proper use of the American Psychological Association (APA) 7 guidelines.
  • Papers should be double spaced, with 1” margins, in Times New Roman 12pt font
  • Students must provide a minimum of five citations; all citations must be in the Reference section and included as in-text citations within the content of the paper.
  • AI and Plagiarism: Any use of Artificial Intelligence, such as ChatGPT, is strictly prohibited
