Context in media
This is a two part assignment.Part 1/ You are the audience
- Find and attach/upload a piece of still media such as those used in the reading a video lesson. Ex. Got Milk image. It should be a commercial/social awareness ad that is only a single picture/one image.
- Write a short, 1-2 pages standard MLA font, essay evaluating the context and subtext of the ad.
Part 2/ You are the creator
- Chose a real product– either current or from the past, or create a fictional product, or a social awareness topic. Create your own unique single picture/one image ad for this product or topic. You can either take an actual picture of the product or you can create a digital image.
- Upload the ad you created
- Write a short, 1-2 pages standard MLA font, essay evaluating the context and subtext of the ad.
