Assignment Description:

In Chapter 3 we learned that consultative sales generally occur earlier in the sales funnel than traditional sales. We also learned that in order for successful customer response mechanisms to be put in place, there should be robust cooperation between sales and marketing departments.

 

Answer the followings (250-300 words, combine 1 to 2)

  1. Using Diagram 6 (on page 35 of your textbook) as your guide, discuss how brands and companies can use the sales funnel to enhance customer response marketing and create long-lasting customer relationships.
  2. Discuss the various responsibilities of the sales funnel and how they influence thesales/marketing interface.
