The purpose of this assignment is to infer applicable state statutes, codes, and laws. You will also begin thinking about scenarios where it may be necessary to report a situation to the appropriate authority.

To complete this assignment, you will create a flow chart
- A flow chart would range 1.5 – 2 pages
Your creation should be submitted in Word or PDF through Blackboard.
Prompt
Following thorough review of state statutes, codes, and laws, students should develop a flow chart or brochure with instructions on steps required for mandatory reporting, who is responsible to report, information required for reporting, website or phone number, and definitions of abuse. List of statute(s) supporting this reporting must be included.
While a flow chart or brochure is less formal in style, at least two resources should be included.
