Suppose you are the new supervisor of a department, and you are leading your first department meeting. One employee dominates the conversation, rebuffing any opposing points of view and monopolizes the conversation. As you prepare content for your discussion In your discussion post, discuss how you would address the situation and why. What management theories would you consider as you develop your plan of action for the situation and why?
