  • Compare 2 methods of training delivery – such as classroom instructor-led, e-learning, asynchronous instructor-led, blended, etc. – that are or could be used in your organization.
  • What are some advantages and disadvantages of each method?
  • What types of training programs or learners are a best fit for the methods you compared?
  • What are some ways you offset some of the disadvantages or enhance the advantages you identified for the methods?
