Thesis Statement
Sexual abuse of female workers has been a severe problem in the global workplace. Some of the solutions that can be adapted to address this problem are raising awareness about sexual harassment, taking swift and decisive legal actions when the issue arises, and creating a sexual abuse policy in the workplace (Fortado, 2018).
