Typhon are case for patient soap note and icd codes and cpt codes. I will upload the cases and each case will need to be completed. All the red hard stops need to be answered and completed. You will only do the missing info tab. You only complete the fall cases.I will give log in to complete. I uploaded screenshots of where the cases will be and what needs to be completed. Also you can look at the cases I already completed for guidance.
