Interview a probation or parole officer either in person or by telephone. Ask the officer the following questions:
1) What is your official title?
2) What level of education have you attained?
3) How long have you been a probation/parole officer?
4) What are your primary job duties?
5) What do you like best about your job?
6) What do you like least about your job?
7) What advise would you give to someone pursuing a career as probation/parole officer?
