AAFCS BOK Journal Discussion Requirements:
- Discussion Boards are an important part of an online learning environment. It allows students to get to know one another and to explore and discuss topics pertaining to course content. Here is your opportunity to engage with fellow classmates.
- In this course, you will complete three scheduled journals relating practicum experiences to the mission of FCS and the 3 themes of the BOK: Core Concepts, Integrative Elements, and Cross Cutting Themes. These journals will be posted on a discussion board so students can review their peers’ practicum experiences and how they relate to the themes of the BOK. This is your third AAFCS BOK Journal discussion.
- Review the rubric before completing this journal.
- Students will make an initial post for the question meeting all criteria requirements and then will respond to two of their classmates’ posts (total of 3 posts).
- In summary, you are expected to actively participate in the Discussion Board. You will be required to answer the questions posed during this DB. You will then be required to respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts with thorough and insightful comments. Points will be deducted if answers are not detailed, correct, astute, and grammatically correct.
