1# The career path that is my dream job is having my own non-profit foundation that serves my community hugely. My dream job is to be there for youth no matter their cultural background and let them know hey, life is literally what you make it, and if you want to make the best out of it with the challenged that come with it along the way I Am here for you. Growing up I needed a person like me , so I will be that person for our youth especially our youth male. I feel personally I fit all the NOHS skills and attitudes of course the knowledge is going to be something that eternity will grow. I feel I am more than cultural competent, I have no bias that hold me back from doing and serving my community. The work that I want to do is what will bring me pleasure and happiness, seeing people succeed in life and have faith and good outlook on themselves is what will restore me. As a person who is spiritual my spirit and soul are warmed knowing I equipped someone with knowledge, respect, integrity, and strong will that they didn’t have in themselves before the conquer the world and keep this cycle of never ending selfless help going. In order to succeed at this role in life that I want to play I must continue my track of knowledge. I have to get this bachelors degree and come back for 2 more degrees. I need to get Deeper into My psychological degrees to learn more about the human brain and how we function and what does specific actions and gestures really mean besides what they show on the surface. I want to not only guide our youth but I want to be their therapist by law at the same time. Let them know I worked my butt off to get this credentials to do my best to serve my community.

2#  Behavioral Management Aide is the career path I want to follow. I have the skills of identifying intervention, planning skills and the ability to implement them into a plan. I defiantly need to work on work in a group since I tend to do better working by myself because I am a bit of a control freak. To work in behavioral health, you need to be able to lean on others to help you with clients at times so I would need to work on working with others and not having to have that control all the time.
