Research Methodologies in Health Care

This is based on chapters 1-10 of the ebook, covering all that we’ve discussed so far this semester. All answers should be in essayy form and only use the ebook and class notes for references.
This content looks for you to think about theoretical research you’d do. The questions below are based on a topic of your choosing and a research question of your choosing.
1). Choose a topic: This topic can be the same topic you chose earlier in the semester for your literature review or can be a new health-related topic. All of the questions that follow are based on the topic you choose here.

2). Research question: What is the research question based on your topic that you hope to answer with your theoretical research? This can be the same research question you used earlier in the semester or can be a different health-related question based on the topic in question one.

3). Funding sources: Which public funding sources would you apply for? Why? Which private funding source would you apply for? Why?
4). Is your research based on your topic qualitative or quantitative? Why?
5). Research instrument: Would you choose a survey or interview as your research instrument? Why?
6). Survey or interview questions: Based on your choice in question 5, please use this space to write 10 of your interview or survey questions that will allow you to collect the data to answer your research question. Please note this question is worth 40 points.
7). What are the commonly used types of research methods? Differentiate their major characteristics.
