Re read through your articles, taking notes. Be sure to place ” ” around words you use. Note the research article where each of your notes come from.

While reading, find 3 or 4 points that you can make to prove your argument.

On a word document,

1) place your THESIS (the issue/topic) and what you will prove in the paper.

2) Then complete a note outline (do not use not complete sentences) that show each argument point and how you will support them.

3) See the attached argumentation outline Download attached argumentation outlineto choose a Model to follow.

4) Make sure to include enough information so that your reader can tell what your argument is, and what points you will use to support the argument.

5) Also, if you are using information from your research, indicate where it is coming from. Make sure to place ” ” around any exact words you use in the outline.
