Students will submit 1 written critiques of a research article (chosen by the student) from a counseling journal. The article i would like analyze is attached to the question. The headers listed on the question should be the headers in the paper. The analysis should be 3 to 5 pages, following APA 7th edition format. Each article analysis will address the following:
Brief introduction of the article and its general purpose
Description of the research methodology
An analysis of whether the design is appropriate for the research question/hypothesis
Description and analysis of the quantitative or qualitative methods utilized in the study
Analysis of the results/discussion sections
Exploration of ethical and culturally relevant strategies researchers utilized or did not utilize (e.g. what could they have done differently)
Example(s) of how the study’s findings impact counseling practice
