Should There be Laws Requiring Registration and Community Notification for Convicted Sex Offenders?


 A legislation that has been adopted in several states, and recently for federal offenders as well, requires sex offenders to check in with police when they move and provide their personal living information. Do you think the public feels safer knowing this information? Does sex offender registration prevent future sex crimes?
