General Business Description: Excel Tutoring Center is a privately operated tutoring service for individuals of all ages and education levels. Individual or group tutoring sessions may be offered based on the client’s or clients’ requirements. In addition to tutoring for college prep, standard curriculum tutoring, college-level examinations is also provided.
Business Goal:
Excel Tutoring Center will seek to boost its new student enrolment rate by 5 percent by September 2023.
KPI:Each month, at least five new students must be introduced to the company’s tutoring services and given at least one session before deciding whether or not to continue with the program.
KPI:At least three more children should sign up for after-school tutoring on a monthly basis before the end of each calendar month.
Communication Goal:
Excel Tutoring Center hopes to grow its Facebook following to 5 percent by the end of 2020, which would allow it to better promote itself to the parents of local high school students.
KPI:Any content uploaded on the business’s Facebook page must get at least five shares before it is considered successful.
KPI:At the conclusion of each calendar month, the business’s official Facebook page should have gained at least 15 new likes.
