As you begin your transition into professional nursing and move from novice nurse to expert, there are new challenges that await you. Identifying and selecting a professional role transition model from chapter one in your textbook will help you understand the many changes that await you moving forward.
Develop a PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes that depict your transition into the role of the professional nurse. The presentation should be no more than 10 slides, include a title page, brief introduction, description of the transition model being used, how the model relates to you/career, indicate your choice for a mentor or source you found helpful.
