Elements of Interaction Profile


Write using the following as a guideline:

  • What reaction do you have about one of the Elements from your personality results? (Read below)
  • Consider one or more activities from your DIS Harmony Element, that you might enhance your interaction style. Discuss which one(s) and why.
  • What did you find interesting about your profiles?
  • Have you attempted any of the activities recommended on the personality test to improve your harmony and what was your experience with them?
  • What additional activities might you suggest for them or ideas for implementing the activities?

Dominate Harmony Profile

Swing – The InnovatorHarmony: Creativity – designing, thinking, producing or making something unique to you; thinking outside the box You are the innovative trendsetter! People view you as energetic and a always doing something creative. You make a great idea person because you are able to use creativity within a structured environment. You understand tradition, yet are open to change. When people need to think outside of the box, they call on you for brainstorming.  Sometimes, though you are too adaptable and find it hard to stick with a decision because you’re always looking for new ways to do something.

DIS-Harmony symptoms: Internal toxins create stiffness, lack of flexibility or creativity, inflammation.

Focus: Intuition / Higher Self

Polarity: Inflexible – Lacking follow-through.  From not being willing to change into not being able to complete a task.

Activities: Stretching, lunges, functional fitness, hybrid classes, finding new ways to do the same task/movement, learning a new skill, talent, mindset

Nourishment: Olive oil, fish, Vitamin C, ginger, turmeric. Reduce/avoid: corn & soybean oil, sugars, processed grains, acidic foods

DISharmony Profile

Foxtrot – The Traditionalist: Harmony: Wisdom – reflecting on practical experiential knowledge, experiences and time-honored traditions. You are the honorable Keeper of the Rules. You prefer things to run smoothly and effortlessly with consistency. You want to be viewed as always being in control or your surroundings, in spite of being in a crowded or tense situation.  Sometimes, you may come across as aloof or conservative because you want everyone to follow the rules. You favor the conservative and honorable route when it comes to making a decision. People turn to you for consistency when turmoil  arises. 

DIS-Harmony symptoms:  You might on an opposing ends of the continuum – become overly structured, rigid, inflexible or you might need to add some structure

Mental toxins create brain fog, forgetfulness, ADD symptoms, impulsive, unwise decisions.

Focus: Mind/ Mental Health

Polarity: Foggy – Rigid  At one end of this continuum, the mental state is foggy, not clear; while at the other end the state is too rigid.

Activities: Posture, Breath, Forward stretch, connecting the dots from past behaviors to new behaviors, mindfulness, proper sleep

Nourishing Notes: Avocado, Nuts, berries, olive oils, dark leafy greens, cacao,. Reduce/avoid: chemicals, processed food, sugars.
