Peruse the NIH site and choose one complementary or alternative health practice to further explore. This could be an herbal remedy, a health practice (such as meditation), or a therapy such as acupuncture. Write three paragraphs on the modality: what is it, what is the evidence, and why were you interested in this topic. Be prepared to share your findings with the class.
